Referral terms

  • Commission is 5% of the referred workspace's monthly charge, plan and add-ons, excluding GST, unless we agree a different rate with you in writing.
  • A workspace counts as yours when it is created within 30 days of opening your link, in the same browser. The most recent link opened counts.
  • Commission starts when the workspace starts paying, and is not earned on trials, unpaid or refunded charges.
  • Your own workspace, and those of people on your partner account, do not count.
  • Each month's commission is shown on a statement in the partner portal and paid by bank transfer after the month closes.
  • Payouts go to an Australian bank account in your name: your full name if you joined as a person, or the registered business name if you joined as a business. The account name must match to receive payouts.
  • Do not send unsolicited bulk email or make claims about Callboard that are not on this website.
  • We can change these terms or close the program with 30 days notice. Commission already earned is always paid.
