How do we charge you after a successful trial?

When you convert a client from trial to licensed, its licence is billed to you each month on one statement.

Partner terms

Each client workspace you convert from trial to licensed is billed to you monthly at your partner price: the price agreed on its deal, otherwise list price less your discount, on the plan and its add-ons. Prices exclude GST.
Statements are issued on the first of each month and paid by invoice or charged to your saved card, as you choose.
A registered deal, once approved, is held for you at the agreed price until the validity date we set when approving it. One open registration per client company.
When you open a client's workspace, you act as its owner with support-level limits, and every visit is recorded in the client's audit log.
Your clients own their workspaces and data. Before you roll Callboard out, make sure your client meets the privacy laws that apply to it.
Do not make claims about Callboard that are not on this website.
Either of us can end the partnership with 30 days notice. Client workspaces stay with the clients.
